X-FON Personal Phone Service comes in two varieties:

• X-FON Lite
• Use your personal computer as a telephone
• Computer must be equipped with headset or handset
• Works with Dialup or Broadband
• Calls to other X-FON users (Lite or Gold) are free
• Calls to regular telephones are optional at per minute rates
• X-FON Gold
• Use your standard telephone or cordless telephone
• Requires a DSL or Cable internet connection
• Intelligent hardware allows phones to place and receive both VoIP and conventional public telephone network calls
• Cordless phones provide easy whole-house access for both incoming and outgoing VoIP calls
• Conventional telephone network is used for power outages, 911 calling, faxing, alarm systems, TIVO, pay-per-view service and collect calls
• Long Distance calls are automatically routed through the internet for maximum cost savings
• Calls to other X-FON users (Lite or Gold) are free
• Calls to regular telepnones throughout the world are included in your X-FON GOLD plan.
• Receive and make calls without your computer being turned on
