Free Trial Period

We recognize that adopting a new technology for your business may be somewhat daunting. Will it meet my needs? Will it be reliable? Will it help my business grow? These are all valid questions.

At Xantek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new telephone service. So, we offer a no risk free trial period. At any time within the first 30 days from service activation, you may cancel your service for ANY REASON, and receive a complete refund of all Xantek charges, both setup and regular monthly service charge.

If you have purchased services from unrelated third parties, such as equipment vendors and SIP telephone interconnect vendors, we cannot refund those charges. But every nickle you have paid us will be refunded.

A free trial period may be an old fashioned concept, but it is the only thing about our service that is.
